Terrace & Dock
Step onto the multi-level terrace and you'll find a wonderful, bubbly spa waiting. Tucked into a corner of the terrace, the spa offers a lovely water view for complete relaxation. Although there is ample room for a swimming pool, the owners chose to keep the large terrace for more formal entertaining and enjoy the huge community pool one block away. With such wonderful things as the annual Christmas boat parade or simply the parade of dolphins and manatees, the terrace will become the most used area of your home. All the flooring on the dock and deck have been replaced with new wood.
The dock features a bait cutting station complete with large floodlight for night fishing. There is a 10,000 pound boat lift as well as davits for your jet ski. The boat lift is in excellent condition. However, the motors are in need of repair or replacement and are being sold as-is.
This deep water is mere minutes to the open bay with no bridges. It can accommodate sizeable yachts and sailboats, and the dock will accommodate a boat up to 50 feet in length.
The fishing is awesome as the house is just a short distance from the open bay. Dip a quick line and catch dinner whenever you wish!
The view from the dock is just lovely and the open bay is just a short idle away.
