Laundry
Located just off the Kitchen, the Laundry is large and bright, thanks to no less than four windows that bring the outside in and make even the most dreary chores easy. The deep, scrubbing tub with extra storage below has a beadboard surround, matching the kichen island. The new Whirlpool Washer and Dryer, as well as an extra Refrigerator, all convey with the home. A NuTone ironing board with safety timer is conveniently built into the wall for quick touch-ups.
Around the corner is a large space suitable for shelving or an additional refrigerator. Large windows make doing laundry a more pleasant chore.
