Introduction & Personal Note
We've been fortunate to call Apollo Beach home for 11 years. Our peaceful boating community has been a well-kept secret for most of that time, but now this hidden treasure is being discovered by discriminating home buyers. One of the last affordable waterfront towns in Florida, the future of Apollo Beach is bright, making it a terrific investment. New communities are sprouting up and many new businesses are coming to town. We will be sorry to say good-bye to our friends and neighbors and we will miss the wonderful climate and the incredible wildlife, but we have decided to fulfill our dream of traveling while we're still young enough to do so.
This home is not a "flip", nor is it a foreclosure or a short sale. It's been meticulously maintained and cared-for as our primary and only residence for over 11 years.
